Arena missing in historic district

The arena in the historic district seems to have been deleted.

At first it seemed it might have been destroyed in a fight but its been gone a few resets now

@v-rage A character is probably setting fire to it. Can you just not use the one to the south?

If they get broken during an event that's one thing. Destroying them on purpose is metagaming the NPCs and should not be done.

Removed the arena from this area.
Use the one in the outskirts.
