Vendor nice to subrace (Tilverton)

he is nice to subraces, where he should be rude, referring to us as freaks
incident as of the date and time of this posting -
None of the crafting station merchants are rude to subraces. They dont care what you are as long as you buys stuff.
I'm not in a hurry to change this.
