Dragontouched subrace interaction with merchants

Issue: Dragontouched subraces do not seem to get the usual hate from the merchants other subraces get. They do not get called freaks or anything from them.

I believe all the app subraces were to get treated with suspicion from the local npc merchant, hence the bug report.
