Dragontouched subrace interaction with merchants

Version: 220513 Zool 7570
Issue: Dragontouched subraces do not seem to get the usual hate from the merchants other subraces get. They do not get called freaks or anything from them.I believe all the app subraces were to get treated with suspicion from the local npc merchant, hence the bug report.

but brass dragontouched are universally loved by all, perhaps that is why
