Such a term was not mentioned in witness of His Majesty, Lady Misrim, nor Dame Drakebane. Even were there proof of such a term it would not be enforceable given you yourself both ignored the terms by using too many spells or spell effects, not to mention the maiming which was both uncalled for and savage.

A few days ago Toussaint called Hans to the Manticore.

Hans has testified to me that Toussaint offered to cancel the bounties if they were not yet live or pardon the Murrain if they were bountied if they would kidnap two of the Dukes serfs and escort them to Eveningstar.

So it seems without asking anyone else on the council he was making backroom deals that were crimes against my Duke
