So the owl bear quest in the haunted halls is probably the most difficult 6-9 quest in the server due to the fact that there is 1 to 3 dire bears each encounter, along with owlss that can stun you and owlbears that can knock you down.

So the suggestion is to make it a 7-10 quest or a 6-10 quest, to match the difficulty of the quest.
