Sap Elemental Essence Doesn't Seem to Work?

Issue Description:

I've been trying to use this spell for some plot stuff, but it never seems to produce an Essence. I've used it on elementals in the Raging Elementals quest as well as ones found roaming the module- usually the 'corrupt' ones. The other requirements about killing it quickly have been met.

It does target the elemental and change the beam type to suit the targeted elemental, I think it's something in the 'OnDeath' script for the elemental, maybe?

Likely the script was just removed or the essence item from the pallet, it was what was used for the HC weapons and armour back in V4/V5 and a spell was made so mages could trade with them I think

Options:

1. remove the spell
2. come up with 'something" for essences to be used for, script that 'something', import essences from v5 module to palette
3. rewrite the spell so that it does something useful

I was working on some suggestions for enchanting/smithing. Essences would probably be a good fit, I think.
