Not sure why this was Moved to Closed Bugs when this was never fixed, as shown here.

It was moved because the bug report says he was missing the MyShop variable, but he isnt missing that variable. So I assumed someone fixed it and just didnt make note of it.

Ok I see what happened. Layers of faction stores kinda messed it up.

corrected to coa_tymora_store

So there are 2 Arturo Rallyhorn NPCs. I fixed one but not the other last time. This time they're both fixed (I hope). After this I will give up.
