Glitterdust: Lesser Precept Gaze

So ran into a bit of snag while testing the spell on the helm (Glitterdust), it can't be targeted on the ground and you can't target people even if they are invisible directly beside you. I'm not certain if this is intended or not, but I thought I'd add it here just in case it wasn't since it really can't be used for purging invisibility if you can only target visible people and there isn't an option for ground targeting..
