Something wonky with the Ab vs Favored enemy

Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: I looked at the combat log, and found I was rolling with an AB in the mid twenties against my favored enemy today. I think it adds my level into account. Or not, I am not sure, but I cannot get the AB math to make sense. Let me know if you want me to test it. It has not happened all the time, against non FE enemies its fine.

My ab should at the moment be 15/10 vs undead. 13/8 and +2 from being level 7 ranger. it looks like it is adding the level to it.
