Issue Description:
Under spell changes, Water Jet is listed as being a conjuration spell. In game, it's transmutation. Given that conjurers can't use transmutation spells, I thought this should be pointed out so that either the spell can be corrected in game or the description can be corrected on the forums, whichever one is wrong.

It's already this way in the 2da.

Can someone test/verify that it works IG as intended?
