Issue Description: Shatter does not ignore friendly targets like it says it does.

It also hits the caster if you target it too close to yourself.

Script needs a minor tweak then. I'll try remember next time I'm doing stuff, easy fix.

Took a look and cant figure it out.
Can someone name an AoE spell that doesnt harm allies that actually works as described?
