Update Quest List

I just became aware the factions give quests too for prestige/gp whatever... but I can't find them listed anywhere and their QG names aren't colored.
Can they please be added to the list?

Major factions have a person who sends you to find (I think) 3 items. You turn them in, get some pay and a prestige point item.

There is also the halfling in the Palace that is a copy of all the Main Faction fetch quests for 3 items.

Wild Walkers don't seem to have one.
I don't know who does and doesn't but it seems a little hit and miss maybe?

Major factions so misrim, vaylan, and the palace

Turned in to Misrim and didn't get prestige.
Since this is related, not sure where to put it.

Someone didn't set a custom token in a script correctly, or didn't reference it correctly in the conversation file.
