Issue Description: when you attempt the persuade check you get an error that the check could not be found and he goes into hostile.

Also the only loot chest was locked. ;_; and could use an exit at the end!

Nothing wrong with chests being locked.

Persuade check shouldn't be hard to fix

And when you turn in the quest it does not remove the ring from your inventory

1. There was only a 5% chance of it being locked. You got unlucky.
2. There is more than once chest that spawns. You missed the others.
3. Exit added v7100

I had a look and I think you need to change the variable from Skill_Check_Info_0 to Skill_Check_Info_1

The rest seems to be fine but I may be wrong. If you don't get to it this time around with the module I can do it whenever.
