Applying for sponsorship/wages through the Elven Embassy as acting guards of the Emissary/elven people as a whole.
Goals:

• Restore his family honor by recovering ancient elven artifacts from the Hullack and reviving the dead ruins and the magic within them there
• Be a champion for elves who do not want humans trampling them and their ancestral lands
• Aid in defeating the White Horde, proving elven superiority and using the glory to revive the old elven empire within the Hullack

Goals:

• Seek worthy causes to throw himself into, hoping to leave a positive image of elves in the eyes of those he encounters.
• Safe guard the ruins and sacred places of the elves from those that would corrupt or abuse them for personal gain.
• Aid the embassy in being more than exotic court guests and to be a reliable force to aid the city as equal to the other houses.

  tl:dr; basically trying to get them their own wage through the Embassy. They've been both acting like perfect simps but it'd be cool to give them more agency/resources to pursue their own stuff. I can document their deeds IC too but I thought it'd help to make our intentions more known to the DM team too

Sure why not they seem to have fun elfing and is slowly gathering a larger group of elves around them

I havent seen much of them other than one incident where Falaern threatened Osco.
What have they actually DONE for the Embassy?

That letter only talks about Felaern being useful/helpful.

Therefore I recommend him for immediate promotion within your esteemed organization.

The Embassy doesnt have ranks for promotion.

I don't mind a small wage if its like the embassy paying them as "bodyguard" to the envoy.

Sure. Give them a wage of 15 each and carry on. Official clergy get 25 as an example. Factions get more but that's just the perk for being in a faction, and in theory, helping others in the server.
