Issue Description: When turning in the fetch quest for Birka she gives [] in her dialogue.

Looks like a custom token isn't being set in whatever script that conversation is firing to try and set it.
(unless the token is set somewhere else)

I dont remember what I did to fix the other one, honestly.
I looked at this one and have no idea where to start. @Puffy can you ask Malice to take a look?
