Absolutely, that's essential.

Earn in game? Sure! Go for it! hope they have fun.

This is like that stupid boat thing all over again. If he wants to be a Justicar then be a Tyrran and bring the faith to the city. Also, maybe don’t need to have a character from 3000 miles away?

They could create the order? use politics to have the city create an order?

Also... as it's a none app, there isn't really anything to approve?
So, I guess, we could say "Hey, this is gonna be hard because your god (doesn't exist???) isn't known and neither does the order of knights - but you are welcome to try, just don't expect it to be easy or a short term project.

Yep. Dragontouched is non app. The rest is meh. I’m not investing any time it it which is why I voted no. If someone else wants to run with it then have at it.
