So he's been around along time. Not really amazing with anything Crimson specific but has taken the Fangs under his wing and has been recruiting.

I believe it might not be our ways, and probably not the first to dare, but i think, and believe myself ready to become more than fang, Scale, i have brought in three new recruit, molded them Fang, trained them all three, i have armed and equiped many of our troops, as our three above Fangs, even Adder Yassir might now wield my Titanium Halberd, my crafting skills surpass many, i consider or is considered, a grandmaster crafter in many regard, as well as a great warrior of our house, all that i have achieve under your supervision, therefore owe you much... i owe you my abilities to become more, so i recommend myself for a better position within our house.
(those three are Lilah, Delilah and Gauwalt)

If words from others might help you consider my position, i can assure you, all three fangs would surely say good things about me.. not just good probably bad too, but honestly believe a ratio of 80% good, 20% bad....
Then probably retainer Aric, as him and i, cooperate well and understand each other, and have joined force on numerous occasion.
the list go on, although i admit those are not Crimson, dare i humour you a little bit... m,ight you send words for me into a recomendation, yes i know it is no time to joke, but if i am to climb up, some closer relation will surely arise, better you know bit more about me now.. than in a war meeting.

Only in the last few weeks have I seen him do anything "crimson". That said.. I'm indifferent.

He truly is RPing a 6 CHA character though!

Hasn't there been concern over his attitude with Crimson in general? I seem to recall that weirdness we discussed in Discord a few weeks ago about him backtalking?

He has recruited PCs, but has an attitude problem towards his higher rankers. Then again, CHA 6. Just tell him if he wants to rise in the ranks faster, he needs to clean up his rank and make his Crimson support more visible.

Bear in mind I don't know much about the factions yet (still trying to read up) but could there be a Crimson NPC that is fine with people having an attitude (as long as they do something at least worthwhile?)

(This faction could be very military and strict for all I know though, and that might not make -that- much sense, but still... could even then)

Depends on the NPC, I think Malak would be supportive

Part of the Tempan dogma is to

"arm all for whom battle is needful..."

With that as a background and to reward the player for all the crafting and dogged trouble shooting he's done this works. He won't ever be rank 4 because he's a cleric. When Latok was in the faction as a cleric of Tempus, we gave him OC instead of Rank 3. We can start calling Zee something like Quartermaster or whatever as his job instead of Scale as well. I'd like to see how he does on one more event.

It's that Zee len ishatar dude? Yeah, I'd throw them a bone, they are logged in about 24/7 ain't they? I know that doesn't necessarily mean they make the server "more fun" or anything, but it's a good plan to encourage being around. for sure.

I've been back for a few days or so, and this is the only character name I know, because... they are just in every single "Who is online" I see! haha

Promoted him to Crimson Guard Quartermaster with the rank of Scale.

Had Saga and Malak congratulate Zee in all the effort he's been putting into supplying Crimson and Adventurers with weapons and armour. Also thanked him OOC.

Had Malak and Saga go through what is means to be a Crimson and then I followed up with it OOC.
ICly if he wishes to advance any further he has to become a leader and that the First Peer and the entire city looks to the Crimson to proactively deal with threats.

• Faction is not about crafting but it can used to tell interesting stories
• Factions are about personal (faction members and others) plots and moving setting plots forward.

He was very excited about all this and thanked the DM team for being so amazing all around. He said he'll try do more of the other stuff too and thanks for the opportunity.

I didn't do anything about the crafting stuff in the faction HQ yet.
