Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: This currently gives a blanket +3 to attack and that is it. It does not do any check based on perform. I removed all of my perform gear and it still gave a blanket +3 attack. Tested multiple times. It also does not make increasing checks over time or silence.

Bard songs do not scale off of Perform skill, they are level dependent. Perform skill will increase duration.

Bard Song(s) effects are based on bard class level Most have no set Perform skill required. (Bards may wish to invest in Perform for RP purposes and other perks)

This particular song claims it makes repeated skill checks over time with increasing results

Script says nothing about the increasing attack etc. Perhaps it was not fully implemented or the description is outdated. Updated the description to match what the script indicates for now and closing.

The reason for this one is because it's an old spell- nonexistant in the new bunch, but for some reason the items of it are still floating around in the toolset. The songs that are written under the bard class are the ones that are currently scripted if I remember right.
