Spell buffs disappearing

Timestamp: approx 230 to 300 pm cstUsing spells or potions buffs would disappear after about 10 second hard to determine exactly how long but it was fast. Even after we determined it was an issue we recieved some dm buffing and that as well disappeared after a very short time. For my self it included my paladin spells of bulls,eagles, prot from evil, and for potions it was blur bark and stone skin.

Same issue with DM applied buffs, vanished within seconds.

Server version: 6854Spells and potions debuffed in area. Played a while throughout the rest of the server and didn't experience this until entering.

Do you know if a DM was online?

@Puffy strawman Was spicing up the adventure into the smuggling tunnels for us. After noticing the bug that is when strawman decided to reboot and for me to report it.

I am going to put some debugging lines to fire when @StrawMan is in the same area as other PCs to verify this.
