Issue Description: when buying item from Chantra we get an error:

Bug: Temp item could not be created, report to DM sResRef=s_stormeagle

Her dialog says 0 gold. Item can not be bought.

~~oh that was an easier fix than expected. should work next reset.~~

Actually just tested the item in game and it doesnt summon the correct creature.

More work needed, but Chantra will sell it to you at least...

Got it worked out. Item now available via bazaar.
