Rallying cry

Took cleric at lvl 4 and nobility and animal domains
I saw rallying cry in my list after finishing but can’t find it and in my cleric special abilities menu I see heavy armor prof as a selectable ability and no rallying cry.....

i made a cleric with nobility domain as level 1, same issue the feat appears in the feats list but there is no way to access the feat in game via radial menu.

Probably inputted the wrong rallying cry 2da number

i dont have the character in my vault anymore, ill have to make a new one

just made a new lanthader cleric to test this.
feat is given by domain, is in feats list for character.
feat is inaccessible through radial menu so unable to use the feat.
