i took the quest following zolms supervised run through and there were no spawns of any kind
spiffy says that the quest reset script has been forgotten

Can't find the quest giver for further investigation.

Could be the area is missing the on enter scripts, knowing you.

It has all that, and the quest reset device is indeed present. I was asking for the quest giver.

sQuestName don't match the tag. Check the journal as well if it as qs_ or not

Possible solution: remove qs_ from the tag
