I honestly don't think this really requires an app, but the item could be cool. I know spell failure reduction is a big deal but honestly this build is gonna be such a train wreck I honestly don't see how it could hurt.

Also wearing the armor your dad was cooked in is pretty fucking metal.

I have nothing against this app. And I'm fine with an armor that provides -15% SF. So, something like a Chainshirt -15% (still would have 5% SF).

The background, plot, powers I don't really care (nor it requires any app).

Also, we'll be adjusting sorcerers next (probably spell refresh) so the entire item can become useless since a sorcerer should be able to keep a 1 lvl spell ON all the time (with the spell refresh). So I don't think he's asking for much.
