Cleric nerfs + heavy Armour

The nerfs to cleric hits a lot of heavy armour clerics particularly hard.

Could this be made a +1 AC tower shield again? It works for me, and is useful for those not going down a tumble/dex route

Yeah that tower shield should change though, for fighters, magical vestaments is less of a buff anyway with +1 gear.

I think verk has been significantly nerfed from the changes, though. And some other cleric builds that were not min-maxed warfare.

Assume that tower shield is as intended. There might be other tower shields that are +1 AC. Closing this for now as it has nothing to do with the nerf balancing that was implemented on clerics.
