[Yes]Ulfric/Verk/Plot Item

Verk has been screaming TALOS since he first created the PC, running events and pushing plots in the name of Talos. Making it a talking point across the server. He has started to work towards forging a halberd of Talos, which he wishes to gift to the Crimson lady. I would like to make this item, but in return have the Crimson Lady give him one of her halberds (1d4 massive crit, +1 cha) for his impressive work.

He's earned it and it doesn't look overpowered. Can he even equip them? I've not checked his build, nor can I remember what he's equipped.

If he can't, give him the feat too.

I will point out He currently, as a talos cleric, has a glowing storm giant lightning spear.
Even if he's given the halberd, getting him to use it would be tricky.

Yes, Lannister gave him a glowy weapon for a one shot event. Q_Q
Anyways, +1d4 mass crit, +1 charisma, is garbage tier loot and I'd throw it in the trash. Give him a red cloak of Talos he can use in uniform.

Figured having a halberd would be much cooler :/ Maybe an amulet instead? +3 intimidate, 1/day eagle splendor

It is currently the only Glowy weapon on the server as far as I know.
We should encourage more people to try and mug him for it. -

Sure why not. Verk is fun. Also his promotion was already done so that's SCALE Verk to everyone now.
