Issue Description: Transition to this quest doesn't work. Unable to determine quest object giver for sHelmCave.

Also when taking it the npc says we are on the quest, but it is not showing in the quest log.

So killing the boss in the quest updated the journal entry, but it updated it incorrectly. It said that we slew a bull-like thing giving us completion for the wrong quest! The real elemental infestation (bottom one) can't be completed. Two quests, same name, boss completed wrong one which can't be turned in.

Also quest has no loot, and seems a little low on spawns.

Fix one bug, two more appear in its place. It's the HydraBug.

Journal entry fixed.
Increased the chance of more spawns per encounter.
Awaiting further information (from admins) before addressing the loot issue.

Gave it a test and killed boss but not giving quest completion at all now.

Quest can be completed now!

No xp for completion though, and the reward for a 5 person group was 180 gold- 36 each.
