nope, we'd need to disable horse feats.

Just remove all variables and change tags from horses you place on areas, this should do it.
Seen horses at Immersea and that faction of knights I forgot the name.

Put a fence around them.

Had this fixed a while ago, Echo. No longer you receive the mount/dismount feats.
