Issue Description: I talked to the NPC Lana Wetton to see if I could pick up the Broken Bottle Shop quest, someone was on it already and I could not pick up. Then, I entered the quest area, killed the quest mob, and my journal updated as if I had the quest in my journal. I turned in the quest and was able to get the quest rewards. Seems the transition is broken.

Tried this quest and got the following error on killing the rat: "Unable to determine quest giver object for q_ruinedpotionshop"

so a new bug popped up with the quest in the fact that despite taking the quest via dialouge, it did not show up in my journal and I couldn't enter.

Issue Description: The Dire Rat is very much able to be tamed if you leave the quest area and it follows you out. I did it twice; once it did not attack blue NPCs, then the next time it did. Finally, it became hostile toward me when I healed. So, yeah. Just a Ranger and his Rat. >_>

Also added iCanBeAnimalCompanion 0 just to be sure.

You are still able to enter the zone as of v6511 regardless of if you have the quest or not. Apologies for the unnecessary bump if this is still being looked at.
