Healing kits +6 and +10 Bugged

Seems that +6 and +10 Healing kits are bugged from various sources, mostly quests. They have no charges with unlimited activation and nothing happens when used.

@MirePyre To fix this I need to know the exact area you found the bugged item in. All items you find in areas are specific instances unique to that item.
In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:
NO SPITTING.
DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.

Please always give the AREA where the kit was found, if you don't know the area, at least the quest it was found on. Otherwise, I won't be able to find the broken kit iteration to fix this bug.
