OOC: Faction base/problems/QoL improvements

Thread for faction improvements, any issues with area etc that need to be fixed

These chairs need seat objects added to them, or to me remade as chair objects like in the Old Gate Inn. There's actually a working one in the adjacent room to copy.

The key we have to access this area is not the same key as this generalized faction storage, which I believe is a mistake. So leaving this here assuming this is unintentional.

As you can see in the screenshot, these areas are not open to resting. This is true for all of them.
