Bard lost Arcane Armor Training

While releveling to test why I was missing known spells, it seems I did not get Arcane Armor Training feat back at level 3, per forum.

@TheMinionOfArabel Found the issue, someone used the bard spells known 2da to add the armor feats. Why I have no idea, why it worked I have even less idea. But when I had to correct the bard spell 2das yesterday because they stopped working I took out all the stuff that shouldn't be in that table, which removed this.

I'll add it to the Feats 2da and do a reset very soon to fix it.
