Bard known spell issue

Issue: according to the forums, bards should only have lost 1 know 4th circle spells and should only be getting these spells at lvl 10. However, I also lost one first circle spells and one second circle spell.

My known spells are now
Cantrip: 5
First Circle: 4
Second Circle: 4
Third Circle: 4
Fourth circle: 2

According to the forums, I should have 5 first and second circle spells.
