References to the Manticore

NPC Location: Historic District - Three Prongs Alley / The Courtyard

Issue Description:

By all accounts the Manticore no longer exists?
Dewdrop the Kind and Sethnia Pomono still reference the area in their conversations.
There's also the entrance in the sewers, marked upon the map, that is now a dead-end.

Can't, presently, locate any in character reason for its removal...
