Mystra shop taking gold

So I decided to buy something just to chekc my PP in bospir and this happened

The bug here is that the store should not be charging gold for the items.

I think this means the store isn't set up correctly, as prestige items in prestige stores should (I think...) get auto marked as plot to make them cost 0 (the flag is then removed after purchase)

@Zool Store is set up right, the item was missing the plot focus.
