Mountain Walk Quest

We managed to survive the new Mountain Walk Quest with 3 people and found a few bugs.
- The Quest did not register as finished after having succeeded on the skill checks on the "End Quest Item":

Saw this only later - but could not turn it in.
- The Return-rope provided a "Destination could not be found"

- The Risk vs. Reward on our run was.. terrible. I.e., not a bug - but the Risk was extreme and felt great even for a 7-10, whereas it is listed as a 6-10. We went on Full Panic mode against the End Boss that likely should not have spawned on top of us. There was also a challenging ambush after a climb check (but ok).
We must have nearly died at least 3 times (?). Leander spent 2 stone skins, 2 or 3 haste potions, around 10 cure critical wounds charges, various blur potions 2 or 3 bark skin, etc. I did not count it all.
Draco said they spent a full wand in healing easily. Rewards included 3 serious healing wands and 1 cure critical potion for having succeeded at both checks.
That said, it is awesome thematically and plot-wise! But could need some.. adjustments and fixes. I hope this helps!
Ah, another issue with the boss and how it spawned was that it was also very hard to see to what extent we were even harming it. It was very hard to zoom out enough to see from where we were.
Likely the Boss would be less deadly if it can be seen at a distance.

@EyeOfGruumsh The boss isn't suppose to spawn there, but how are you viewing the game? I was DM healing you during that fight and had no trouble seeing the boss. I do need to tone down its AB for sure too.
You'd have gotten a lot more rewards for exploring the area. You missed about 50% of the treasures and all the hidden treasures.

Default view? The space was so small, I could see the boss (and click on it) - but not or only with great difficulty the name and health indicator. It was just in a location with a lot of "walls" or rocks around.
Hidden treasures would probably need someone with spot or search to find. We did not have that in this group and were, admittedly, stumbling around quite a bit. Maybe we also got bad rolls on the treasure we did find.
We might also have explored more.. if it had not felt quite as dangerous (also with some of the other spawns, which were definately very interesting and varied). Likely also missed parts of the foresty map, which was not easy to navigate (though approriately so!).
