Is there any little meeting room in the old gate, or the guild?
there was this small meeting room, then a huge performancey type room in teh tired traveller, the little meeting room was cool, got used a lot, and people could wander in and interrupt someones meeting and stuff

There are now two empty rooms because I moved the prestige shop to the palace for Justiciars where it made more sense when the Black Wheel/Justiciar rivalry ended.

make the door lockable (using the skill), low DC so people can pick it?
chuck an unlock door button on the inside
