Phosphorescent cave missing something in tight squeeze oubliette

Issue Description: You go through a TS10, then a TS20, then a TS30 to get into an empty room. No resources, no hidden content (walked with detect around it with 43 search). Missing something.

Or should more clearly be a Ha-Ha Oubliette with a note of someone who died in there if it is meant to be trolling.
