Hillmarch Crafting Hall issues

Issues:

1 - The Gem Crusher is missing.

2 - Bigo Bren (Tinkering), Hunar Troff (Tailoring) and Klannita Bonito (Jewelry/gem) need to play some musical chair and swap places. They are near the wrong crafting stations.
Bigo needs to go to Hunar's place, Hunar to Klannita's and Klannita to Bigo's.

3 - Perrine Clarke has the general store instead of the scribing one. Is there a scribbing store? Or its the same as enchantment?

4 - The area is missing the enchantment stations.

5 - Maureen is a bazaar merchant, she should probably go in the Hillmarch market outside (Dragon Trail, Hillmarch).

@TheMinionOfArabel I think I fixed everything but the enchanting tables. Hillmarch isn't sophisticated enough to have these - but I am debating setting it up eventually so if the town has enough prestige, they get the tables.
