True Strike Cast Acting Like Potion

During the major event, I cast true strike with 15 ab and then made a called shot. That should have left me at +21 AB. Instead It was at 16. I could have been lag or something else? It normally works fine, but it went weird during that event.
I snapped a shot of one of those events in the combat log.

@TuesdayParade Try it again please when there is less lag; its quite likely in lag that this misfired.

@Echo it has been working fine normally. It was only during that event that it was acting weird.
