Issue Description: The bounty hunter doesn't accept wyverns blood or trolls blood as advertised.

I have both in my inventory, but the option to open the bounty menu does not appear in his dialogue.

Will look into it. I suspect that the board is outdated and doesnt have also the correct script to pre-populate it.

Issue was that the Bulletin board was just copied from a different location and not properly aligned with the NPC. Corrected by setting it up with automatic procedure to populate the text.

Should be fixed as of version 20241009 Strife 8586.
Please confirm once its live.
