Crafting Issues for Silver Spears

Issue Description:
A couple of issues regarding crafting silver spears

• Both spear and short spear are listed under Ranged Weapons in the menu, not Polearms
• The recipe for silver short-spear called for a Bronze Spear instead of a Bronze Short-Spear (refer to screenshot)
• The recipe level for Silver Short-spear seems off
  The short spear does not seem to have the same recipe level (Crafting % chance) as the spear.
  It even seems to be a higher recipe level than even the Greatsword in the same silver tier (lower crafting % chance)
