Make pp-based and crafted bags equivalent (again)

Please consider making the best prestige-based bag identical in weight reduction to the best player-crafted one. This was discussed on Discord a while ago, but I am not sure if that made it anywhere. From what I recall, the argument was that Malar skins do not exist, and that therefore Malar bags should not be craftable. But by that logic, why should they exist as pp-purchasable items?
