Darendaal Tomb enterable without talking to the Chamberlain

Issue Description: The crypt is enterable without ever talking to the quest NPC, before or even afetr the quest is completed/anulled.

Should be fixed as of version 20240505 Strife 8314.
Please confirm after a reset.

Directly after reset

• Not enterable before accepting quest.

• After quest is completed the way is once again barred.

• Another character couldn't get in either.

• After accepting the quest with one character I logged out and tried to get in with another character, this didn't work either.

I am now quite confident that it has indeed been fixed.
