Issue Description: Backing out from Persuading or Intimidating apparently pissed off the guy. He just attacked once and then remained still.

@SirWill360 You pissed him off trying to get more pay from him. He should be hostile to you for that.

Did he turn hostile to others?
Did he eventually become unhostile to you?
Did he later attack you?

These need to be tested.

LOL I just told him it was difficult out there, guy has anger issues.

He did not became unhostile but he only attacked once, he remained still and did not even follow. He kind of sucker-punch me and that was it. I was alone so cant say if he was hostile to anyone else.

Dialogue might need to be edited to make it clear you are trying to intimidate or whatever. @Puffy

There were 3 options after "It was difficult back there":

1. Persuade
2. Intimidate
3. "Eh... nevermind.

I chose option 3.
