Garlic not recognized in Healing Kit recipes

Garlic is not recognized in alchemy to make healing kits.
Tag difference since garlic was changed from nwn default to coa one?

somehow i knew "fixing" garlic would break something else
i tried to catch all of them

we found the bug and its getting fixed, that is all that matters! -
if you were using "old" garlic, it wont work. ditch any garlic you collected before my last fix and get new.
updated garlic sold in shops to the correct tag

@Echo I can confirm the "new" lightweight and stackable Garlic also failed to work to make healing kits. I gave quite a bit of it to Rosa, and she confirmed it did not work.
