They are no longer a clothing option in the new customization system.
Also if we do allow her to have legs, we might need to account for her specifically in the system(Look if goat and if goat prevent stuff).

If we do let her have the legs, a DM will need to create the outfit for her and she wont be able to use the customization system.

For this to happen someone would have to either LETO her, or make her a custom clothing that she would always have to wear to represent the legs.

Or... just say no.
