Daradel mission too hard

so I went into it as a starter mission level four, got to the dragon statue Room and it had about 3-4 skeletal priests spamming hold person and negative damage, I feel that is a BIT much for new low level characters

@prettysmitten so Cleric I went in with most of the standard buff, well not proct evil because I had forgotten it which I admit IS on me. but after I had to pass four hold person checks they proceeded to cast harm spamming it. Try to think of a non clerics! I mean the second time I had to just STACK my clerics with all the buffs and blurs to avoid all the negitive damage.

Also it would be nice to have a chest at end of dungeon my character couldn't bring herself to loot from the tombs at the end for those characters that have morals against looting the dead

I just make sure I have holy water for my weapons and negative protection potions when I fight undead.

Don't think they use Harm, from what I remember from my last run at it, they had Inflict Moderate wounds. The non-corporeal mobs were a bigger challenge.

Wasn't there a loot container in the last room with the boss spawn? Or is that a tomb/sarcophagus?

It is one of the tougher lowbie quests, but it also rewards more of the stronger healing wands. Which you can then weaponise.

i think that there is at least 1 container in the final room, possibly 2.

pfe solves the hold person spam and tbh your biggest offensive action with pretty much any character is using healing wands on the undead, the quest also drops a higher level of healing wand than most others of that range so it is good for swopping out the lights >moderates>serious.

i have completed this with a level 4 rogue so i know it is possible!

there are 6 treasure waypoints in this quest

Spawns have been adjusted v7752, however, in the future try using:
holy water
healing wands
one of the 10000 FREE flowers that can be used against undead
