Adding some flavor to Storm domain

The storm domain should get access to air elementals like the air domain. As well I think the darkfire should give electricity damage just like the air domain. It would fit the theme of the domain.
Not sure if the other non-elemental domains are similar, but it think it would help making the domains feel more unique in general. Like making a cleric of the ooze domain deal acid damage with their darkfire spell.

Ah, at least for darkfire it seems. Still would think some access to the air summoning theme would make sense for Storm domain. Unless that is bugged as well

Had a storm domain cleric a bit back. The electric resist has some rp value!

The darkfire change requires (I think) an item.

Air theme is found via a book called Whispering Winds. It's available in many quests.

@echo Whispering Winds is, as it's currently set, only available to Air Domain clerics, not Storm.

Discussed and voted on. Clerics w/storm domain can use the air elemental theme book. Will update the books IG description soon but feel free to use it if you have storm domain.
