Sleep HD Limit Removal

I'm currently playing a char with GSF: Enchantment which is meant to removed the HD limit on the Sleep spell, but when attempted a cast on a bog-standard Level 9 Human, nothing happened, as in, no save, no text within the chat-log.
This happened with multiple castings, hostile on/off, short/long ranges etc.
Not sure if its a bug with the SF:Ench adding a +4 HD and the GSF Ench not properly removing the limit, but it doesn't seem to work, would test more if I could!

Can confirm this to be the case, Sleep doesn't affect anything above level 8, believe this to be a bug considering the spell changes say with GSF Ench the HD limit should be removed!

@satyrsfaction either a bug or a limit we raised. Will check.

More information needed:
- Do you cast it on a single enemy or a group of enemies?
- Is any of the enemies in the group affected?
- What metamagic feats do you have?

I have tried both single target and group, so targeted and untargeted. Other enemies in the group ARE affected, though seem to be lower HD monsters overall. I have Extend Spell only as a metamagic feat.
